There are at least 8 rules that you must follow when creating a password for any website
  1. Makes sure you include at Least one or two Capital Letters
  2. Have Some lower Case Letters
  3. Add A Numer from 0-9
  4. Have a symbol like !@#$%^&*()-=+? some might not work on all sites
  5. Mix and Match and of the above 4 choices to make the password
  6. Most site need to be at least 6 Characters long or no more then 20 Characters long
  7. DO NOT USE THE SAME PASSWORD FOR EVERY SITE!
  8. DO NOT USE A DICTIONARY WORD AS A PASSWORD!
We here at Worboys Computer Repair recommends LastPass as the password manger for every day use only you know the password to access all your password. LastPass Encrypts all your password with your password to make it very secure.

Another thing if you need a password that is 64 characters check out Steve Gibson's Perfect Passwords. I Trust Steve Gibson's Perfect Password Maker, I used it before on a file that i created before and it is very hard to break all right.

If you really would like to more about Security and in-depth on computer technology then i recommend you check out Security Now With Steve Gibson and Leo Laporte Wednesday at 2pm EST at live.TWiT.TV. I Listen to them before and i enjoy Security Now it has taught me some very interesting faqs about computers and security.
